- Has experience working as sales in factories, heavy equpiment companies, industrial tire companies, and mining companies
- Has a good networking, especially in the business circle of heavy equpiment, mining, plantations/forestry, transportasion, and logistics
- Has good integrity, good working attitude, commitment, and good loyalty
- Has good communication skills, interpersonal relations, presentation, and negotiation

Job Descriptions
- Promote and market high quality tire products to consumers in the mining, plantation, transportasion and logistics industries
- Achieve company sales targets that have been determined together with management
- Maintain good relationship with existing consumers/clients, as well as expanding business networks and build relationship with new consumers/clients
- Anaalyze market information and potential business oppportunities to develop innovative, creative, competitive and profitable sales strategies
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients/consumers projects
- Follow up the sales agreement process up to the payment process
- Make periodic marketing and sales activity reports
- Look for new customers according to the existing database
